Etika International Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Etika (NZ) Limited, which held 60.7% equity interest in the share capital of Etika Dairies NZ Limited ("EDNZ"), had on 18 January 2013 subscribed for an additional 751,617 new shares in the share capital of EDNZ pursuant to a rights issue exercise undertaken by EDNZ ("Rights Issue") at the issue price of NZ$1 per share or a total subscription amount of NZ$751,617, thereby increasing the effective shareholding of the Group in EDNZ from 60.7% to 63.4% upon completion of the Rights Issue.
